Your worm composter will contain:

 

Lime Mix is added to your Wormery to neutralise acidity and ensure the conditions in the bin are comfortable for the Worms. You add Lime Mix in small quantities occasionally, or more regularly if you use a lot of tea bags and citrus fruit peel.

 

Extra Trays allow you to expand your Worm Works to increase composting capacity. These trays are exactly the same as those already supplied.

 

Tiger Worms (latin name 'eisenia fetida') are the best composting worms available. They live their lives in the Wormery and thrive on organic matter. In research conducted by Original Organics, they were found to be more tolerant to a wider range of temperature and acidity conditions than other composting worms. NB.
